On September 26, the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) determined that after nearly 1,300 days of bargaining, that further negotiations between CAPS and Governor Newsom would be futile without the assistance of an appointed mediator. Fellow CAPS/UAW 1115 members, Your CAPS UAW supervisors and managers committee met with CalHR representatives on Friday October 4th, and we have good news! We fought for Supervisors and Managers to receive many of the new and improved benefits and pay differentials that our Rank and File scientist colleagues won
