State Board Determines CAPS at Impasse with Governor

On September 26, the Public Employee Relations Board (PERB) determined that after nearly 1,300 days of bargaining, that further negotiations between CAPS and Governor Newsom would be futile without the assistance of an appointed mediator.  Read CAPS’ and CalHR’s filings and PERB’s historic decision here.
